Reasons you Can’t Find Paramount Plus on Your LG TV
Typically, Paramount Plus works on every TV brand, but there are some restrictions on their end.
If you can’t find Paramount Plus on your LG TV, your TV isn’t compatible with its requirements. Paramount Plus only works with LG TVs that have webOS 4.0 or higher, including LG TVs from 2018 and newer models.
However, there is an easy way to check this!
Simply go to the LG App Store and search for the Paramount Plus app.

Here’s how:
- Disconnect the TV from the power outlet completely.
- Similarly, disconnect all the HDMI-connected devices from the TV.
- Wait at least 5 minutes.
- During this time, press and hold the TV’s power button for about 35 seconds.
- Once done, power the TV back on.
Now re-open the app and check if it’s working now.
If Paramount Plus still not working on your LG TV, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Fix the Corrupted App Files
You will know that this is the issue if the app is just loading infinitely, not opening, or crashing frequently.
