You can identify if the problem is with the power outlet or not by,
- Plugging another device (like a mobile charger) into that power outlet. If your mobile phone is charging, the power outlet is working correctly.
- But if it doesn’t charge, the power outlet is undoubtedly damaged.
If this is the case, change your TV’s power outlet, and your Westinghouse TV will start working again.
Step 2: Soft reboot your TV

After removing the back panel, you will see a few boards, with the motherboard on the left and the power board on the right.
To make sure the problem isn’t with the power board, turn on your TV and then unplug the cable that connects the motherboard to the power board from the power board side.
If the TV continues to light up, your TV’s motherboard has been damaged, but the power board is still okay.
